Shipping Information:

All orders will be delivered using Royal Mail. UK orders will be sent via their Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded service as standard - which is fully insured up to the value of £50.00 GBP. We highly recommend upgrading to Royal Mail Special Delivery, where the charm is guarenteed to arrive by 1pm the following day and is fully insured up to the retail value of the charm.

Should any charms not get to you by the expected time - please contact us and we will chase this up with Royal Mail. Should your charm be lost in the post - we will directly transfer any compensation from Royal Mail to you. Please allow 1-3 working days for Antique Charms UK to process and dispatch your order after payment and then a further one day for Special Delivery and up to three days for Recorded delivery.

Customers from outside the United Kingdom will have their charm/s delivered using Royal Mail International Signed and Tracked service - where the charm is fully insured, tracked and requires signature upon delivery.
In most cases, there will be no additional customs charges on international orders - however should the delivery incur customs charges - it will be the responsability of the customer to pay these.

Both Recorded and Special Delivery require a signature on delivery. Please ensure that for the expected delivery date - there is someone available at the address to sign for the charm, or to collect from the relevant collection point.

All charms will be inspected before dispach, and will be cleaned and fitted with a new loop (If required). The charm will be sent in a padded box, sealed in a padded envolope to prevent damage.

All of the products that are on this website have been individually weighed, hallmarked, photographed and uploaded to the site - this is because that although there are many charms that look the same, they in fact weigh different amounts and have different hallmarks. This means that the product that you recieve is the product that you saw in the photographs.

We have tried to include any defects to the charms in the description section of the product pages. 

If you are un happy with the product, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will offer a full refund for any damaged products (unless the damage was clearly stated on the web page)

We have done our best to provide you with accurate weights and hallmarks. Please note that despite our best efforts, hallmarks may not be accurate and weights may be out by a tolerance of 0.1g.

We hold no responsibility for supplying incorrect information regarding hallmarks.
